David's Daily Devotional continues today in Psalm 103:13 as we continue to learn the character and personality of God so we can better understand Who he is! David talks to us about the smelly, stinky, putrid "stuff" in our lives and how to get it to the garbage collector. Also, we learn about having pure hearts and that purity is possible because purity does NOT mean perfection!

In this Hour One Nugget, David continues with 1st Corinthians 13:7 and we look at the hope of love....that it will endure all circumstances. David tells us more about difficult love and Heart Unity of the Church. We are called and commanded to love one another.

David's Daily Devotional is from Psalm 103:13,14 again today. We have been learning about the Father heart of God and today David talks to us about having a relationship with the living God! We must choose to communicate with our heavenly Father in order for us to have His input into our lives moment by moment. We cannot have that kind of communication if there is no relationship.

David brings us another fantastic interview today as he talks with Mark Fincannon, casting director for television and movies. Mark tells us about a larger than life man named Ray....who went from rough biker dude to having a healing ministry....a man who was totally Spirit led!

The Hour One Nugget for today comes from 1st Corinthians 13: 7...(love) never loses faith.  In John 15:12 Jesus commands us to "love each other in the same way I have loved you". We learn more about easy and difficult love and that we do not have to do this alone. The love of Jesus in implanted into us so we can give it to others!

David's Daily Devotional today continues with Psalm 103:13,14.  We learn even more about the character of Father God. David takes us to Matthew 6 and shows us where Jesus calls HIS Father, OUR Father! David also points out the differences in our earthly fathers and our heavenly Father.

David Aldous brings a moving interview with Kurt Erickson from Church Without Walls in London's Victoria.  Kurt describes the ministry of meeting the physical needs of the homeless and bringing Jesus to them. Many miracles happen there including the miracle of miracles...salvation through Christ Jesus!

The Hour One Nugget finds us back in 1st Corinthians...and beginning verse 7. Love never gives up!!  Today we learn that we must be part of a unified Church before Christ can come back. Loving correctly is part of our goal of...Heart Unity!

David Aldous interviews Canon Andrew White, known as the Vicar of Baghdad, on the phone. He is Vicar of the only remaining Anglican Church in Iraq. He also heads the largest healthcare center in Baghdad, runs a school and is the Chaplain with the American Embassy. David's Daily Devotional picks up today where David left off Friday...Psalm 103:13...talking about the Father heart of God.  We learn that when you put your trust in Father God, you can always be secure in Him. We are His children...and He is our Daddy!

During the first hour today, David talks to us about 1st Corinthians 13:6. We learn that real, true love rejoices in the truth. We also see that sadly there are people who say they love us when it is not love at all...it is a means of manipulation. But.....we can be confident in knowing that when God tells us He loves us, He means it!

David's Daily Devotional for Friday, November 2, 2012 is from Psalm 103 verse 13. What an amazing verse! David begins telling us about the Father heart of God...how the perfect Father has unfailing love for his children and is tender and compassionate toward us. More on this topic on Monday!

The Hour One Nugget today comes from 1st Corinthians 13 as we finish up verse 5. David talks to us about REAL love keeping no record of being wronged. When we keep a record, we make a mental note and keep it on file to be used later against that person. We have to let it go! it is required by real, true, correct love!

Today on David's Daily Devotional, we return to Psalm 103 and move on to verse 12. David talks to us about the removal of sin. Because of the Blood of Jesus Christ our sins can be removed completely.

As we continue to look at real love, we are in 1st Corinthians 13:5 and looking at...."It (love) is not irritable".  Why do we get irritated with the ones we love? How do we stop?

The Hour One Nugget today brings us back to 1st Corinthians 13:5 where we learn that love does not demand its own way. Do we manipulate our loved ones to get what we want? Are we selfish? Hard questions today!

Today in David's Daily Devotional we are in Psalm 103:10 where David assures that God does not punish all our sins nor deal with us harshly as we deserve. That is very good news! Because our Father has unfailing love for us.....
