Psalm 112:1 Praise the Lord. Blessed are those who fear the Lord,   who find great delight in his commands.

2 Their children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
3 Wealth and riches are in their houses, and their righteousness endures forever.
4 Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous.

5 Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely,
    who conduct their affairs with justice.

Numbers 6:24-26 “The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace."

1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’

Colossians 3:2  Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. 3 and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.

1 Timothy 4 : 13 Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. 14 Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you.

2 Peter 3:3 Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires.

Ephesians 4:1 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. Jesus is coming back for a spotless, unified bride one day - so we must endeavour to co-operate with each other as best we can. Let denominational walls come crumbling down - the only sure way is demonstrate God's love to one another.

John 16: 5 but now I am going to him who sent me. None of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’6 Rather, you are filled with grief because I have said these things. 7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you. 8 When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgement: 9 about sin, because people do not believe in me; 10 about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; 11 and about judgement, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.

2 Peter 3: 1 Dear friends, this is now my second letter to you. I have written both of them as reminders to stimulate you to wholesome thinking. 2 I want you to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the command given by our Lord and Saviour through your apostles. We all can detect that still small voice of the Lord warning us of troubles ahead. We may have full intention of obeying but another voice leads us where God has gently told us not to go. This may happen several times but only deep pain lies ahead if we don't listen and obey God. He knows what is best for us all because He loves us.

1 Corinthians 11: 27 So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. 28 Everyone ought to examine themselves before they eat of the bread and drink from the cup. 29 For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgement on themselves. 30 That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.

2 Peter 3: 1 Dear friends, this is now my second letter to you. David impresses upon his beloved listeners, especially those in difficult situations to bring to mind what God has done for them in the past. God will always come through for those who love Him and seek to serve Him.

3 John 11 Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God. Jesus was the expert communicator. He never said a wrong word his entire ministry. His communication with His heavenly Father was constant and eternally in perfect tune.
