Psalm 103:13-16 ¹³ As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him; ¹⁴ for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. ¹⁵ The life of mortals is like grass,
    they flourish like a flower of the field; ¹⁶ the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.

John 5:30 ³⁰ By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.

Luke 22:14-20

¹⁴ When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. ¹⁵ And He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. ¹⁶ For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfilment in the kingdom of God.”

¹⁷ After taking the cup, He gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among you. ¹⁸ For I tell you I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.”

¹⁹ And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

²⁰ In the same way, after the supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

Psalm 103:12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

Psalm 103:11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His love for those who fear Him;

Psalm 103:10 He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.

1 Peter 2:24 “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”

Psalm 103:9 He will not always accuse, nor will he harbour his anger forever;

Psalm 103:8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.

Psalm 103:7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:

Psalm 103:6 The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.

Psalm 103:5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

1 Corinthians 11:27-32 ²⁷ So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. ²⁸ Everyone ought to examine themselves before they eat of the bread and drink from the cup. ²⁹ For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgment on themselves. ³⁰ That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep. ³¹ But if we were more discerning with regard to ourselves, we would not come under such judgment. ³² Nevertheless, when we are judged in this way by the Lord, we are being disciplined so that we will not be finally condemned with the world.

Psalm 103:4 who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,

Psalm 103:3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,

Psalm 103:2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—

Psalm 103:1  Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise His holy name.

Psalm 91:16 With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.

Psalm 91:15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;  I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honour him.

Psalm 91:14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name."
